Delivery & shipping costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday, from Malmö, Sweden. UPS does not deliver to post-office boxes. All Swedish orders are sent by DHL. When your order is dispatched and being prepared, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on ups.com or, for orders to Sweden, dhl.com.

Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. Some countries, such as Romania, have different shipping costs than their associated region cost due to high shipping rates to that specific country.
Returns
Our returns guarantee allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original packaging fully intact and original labels attached to each product. More information here.

Customers outside the European Union do not pay VAT. The prices on our site already include a 20% VAT reduction. Therefore, no additional discount will be applied at checkout.
