Return Policies

Our returns guarantee allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original packaging fully intact and original labels attached to each product.

When returning goods by post, ensure you fill in and include the enclosed return form. If you haven't received or have lost it, you can download and print it here.

Please note that, as the customer, you must accept the original delivery. If not, and the parcel is returned to us, all associated expenses are your responsibility. Return and original shipping costs, additional duties, taxes, or any extra charges are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the returned product until it reaches our facility. Any shipping charges incurred during returns are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service; there is no compensation for lost packages.

Ensure the shipment is marked and declared as a return to avoid customs delays when shipping from outside the EU. Keep track of your return for customs clearance.

All refunds will be made through the original payment method used. The merchandise cost will be refunded if all conditions are met. Returned product refunds will be initiated within 30 business days upon receipt.

Exchanges

Note your exchange request on the return form in the exchange section. Return costs for exchanges are your responsibility, and shipping for the exchanged item will be covered by us, excluding additional duties or taxes.
