Delivery & shipping costs

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. FedEx orders are fully insured by FedEx. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. FedEx do not deliver to post-office boxes. All Swedish orders are sent by PostNord and are insured. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on fedex.com or for orders to Sweden, postnord.com. Valid identification must be shown when collecting the package.

United States
Standard: $16 – 5-10 working days (Free over $500*)
Express: $28 – 1-3 working days

European Union
Standard: €10 – 5-10 working days (Free over €350*)
Express: €18 – 1-3 working days

United Kingdom
Standard: £9 – 5-10 working days (Free over £340*)
Express: £16 – 1-3 working days
In-store pickup: Free – 3-7 working days. Order online, pickup at the London store when the order is ready during opening hours.
FedEx have informed us that due to new Brexit routines and temporary travel restrictions some delays are to be expected with up to 3-4 extra days.

Sweden
PostNord: 75 SEK – 1-3 working days (Free over 1500 SEK*)
In-store pickup: Free – 1-6 working days. Order online, pickup at the HQ store when the order is ready during opening hours.

Rest of the world
Standard: €18 – 5-10 working days (Free over €500*)
Express: €35 – 2-4 working days

Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. Some countries, such as Romania, have different shipping costs than their associated region cost due to high shipping rates to that specific country.

*Free shipping is not applicable on sale items nor products listed here. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Saudi Arabia are exempt from Standard shipping and Free shipping campaigns.

Returns

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. More information here.

Payment methods

We offer two different methods of payment. We accept VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. We also accept PayPal which allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. Customers outside the European Union are exempt from value added tax. 20% of the total amount will be deducted from the total when you select your country at the checkout.
