Terms and conditions

Order confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. A binding agreement is made once we accept your order. If an item is out of stock due to an inventory error, we will reach out right away to cancel or adjust the order.

Age restrictions

If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to shop with us.

Prices and taxes

Our site automatically adjusts the currency and taxes based on your location. For customers inside the EU, the local VAT for your specific country is included in the price. For customers outside the EU, you do not pay VAT. The prices on our site already include a 20% VAT reduction, meaning no additional discount is applied at checkout. Shipping charges are added at checkout.

Promotions

Discount codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. They are valid only during the specific promotion period and cannot be applied to past orders.

Delivery

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will get an email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times can be a bit longer during sales or holidays. Local import taxes may apply if you order from outside the EU.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • How to start: Enter your order number and zip code in our Return Portal to get an automatic UPS return label.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please pack them securely, ideally in the original packaging.For footwear, the shoebox must be placed inside a separate shipping box.
  • Sending it back: Make sure to drop off your package within 5 days of receiving the label.
  • Refunds and fees: A handling fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are available for another variant of the same item.

Damaged products and claims

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the description on our site, you can register a warranty claim directly in our Return Portal. Please include a photo of the issue when you register. We will try to repair or replace the item first. If that is not possible, we will issue a full refund once the item is returned.

We use cookies to make the site work better for you. Some are necessary for the shop to function, while others help us with analytics. You control your preferences and can adjust them at any time through the cookie banner on our site.

We take your privacy seriously and keep your data secure. You have the right to ask us to correct, restrict, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.
