With Rei Kawakubo’s protegé Junya Watanabe at the helm, Comme des Garçons Homme was launched in 1978. Made up of practical and timeless pieces, the line continues the Comme legacy of upscaled workwear with an emphasis on quality. Traditional construction techniques are used whilst inspired and innovative textures and fabrics offer something new. Patchwork and panelling appear on jackets and shirts alongside wide legged trousers, cargo pants and logo t-shirts.
