Founded in 1994 by Consuelo and Gianni Castiglioni, Marni is known for its expert use of print, colour and shape. 2016 saw Central Saint Martin's graduate and Prada alum, Francesco Risso, take over as creative director. Risso takes inspiration from art movements, childhood memories and literature, inventing characters and narratives before designing a piece of clothing. The resulting collections are eclectic, joyful and modern. Key pieces include patterned shirts, pleated trousers and bold knitwear.
