Return Window

• You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Return Options

• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Exchanges: You can exchange your item(s) for another variant.

• We currently do not offer store credit or “keep item” options for UK returns.

Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping labels are automatically generated by UPS.

• A £11.00 handling fee applies to returns and exchanges.

• We do not offer free returns.

Conditions

• Returns are accepted for items that are unworn and in original condition.

• Please securely pack all items, preferably in original packaging.

• Drop off your return at your local carrier within 5 days of receiving the label.
